Republicans and Democrats are again playing a game of chicken over the U.S. debt ceiling – with the nation’s financial stability at stake.

‘This bill is a betrayal of the obligation this country has to everyone who’s served,’ Pennsylvania Democrat Chris Deluzio said.

The bill includes Republican initiatives that are unlikely to get the bipartisan support necessary to clear the divided Congress.
